1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Envision POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use the Envision POS software for your business operations according to your subscription plan. This is a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Multi-Tenant Service
Envision POS provides a multi-tenant environment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and PIN.
4. Limitation of Liability
Envision POS shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of data or profit.
